I have had the same water system from Flag City Water for over 15 yrs. It has been virtually maintenance free with no electricity use and minimal amount of salt usage each month. With the Kinetico, we have achieved the quality level of water we were after, both working and drinking. The few times we have needed service, the response has been reasonable and service has been good.
